The OnePlus 7 and the OnePlus 7 Pro was launched at events in Bengaluru, London, and New York simultaneously on Tuesday. The OnePlus 7 is the most ‘affordable’ flagship smartphone of the duo, and with top notch features.
The OnePlus 7 comes with a full-HD+ display, and features a water drop-shaped display notch just like the OnePlus 6T to hold the front camera. The smartphone bears a maximum 8GB RAM, though it is still powered by the flagship grade Snapdragon 855 SoC and uses UFS 3.0 2-lane storage.
The OnePlus 7 starts at INR₹ 32,999 for the 6GB RAM – 128GB storage variant, while the 8GB RAM – 256GB storage variant costs INR₹ 37,999. The mirror grey color option will be available for both the variants, while Red colour variant is exclusive for 256GB.
One Plus 7 Pro
The OnePlus 7 and the OnePlus 7 Pro come with the same hardware, however for the extra bucks users get a notchless – edge to edge display, 6.7 inch fluid AMOLED display and a triple rear camera setup for 3x zoom function. The front camera is a pop-up selfie camera, which the makers claim would run for 16 years if it’s used 60 times a day.
The OnePlus 7 Pro is the first premium smartphone to counter the Pixel and Apple consumer base. The Pro starts at a cost of INR₹ 48,999.
